Andrea is a full-time REALTOR®  who began her Real Estate career in 2006, providing services in New Castle, Kent, and Sussex County Delaware.  She later obtained her license in both Maryland & Pennsylvania as well. In 2014, she earned her Broker’s License and is currently an Associate Broker with Compass in Greenville, DE. 

Andrea currently serves as the President of the New Castle County Board of Realtors.  She is honored to have been named the 2025 REALTOR® of the Year by both the Delaware Association of Realtors & the New Castle County Board of Realtors. She is the Team Leader and Owner of Andrea Harrington & Associates, a consistently top-ranking Delaware real estate team.

As a native to Delaware, Andrea is familiar with the local communities and real estate market, and enjoys establishing new client relationships.  In 2024, Andrea, along with the assistance of her team, successfully closed 143 transactions, selling $52 million in Real Estate, putting her within the top 1% of all agents in the state.

Due to past experience, the use of the most up to date technology and her dedication to continued education, she carries the many skills needed in order to successfully complete any real estate transaction.  Andrea prides herself on being a hardworking, professional and reliable real estate agent.
